The answers already exist across ERP exports, spreadsheets, catalogues and inboxes. We build agents that bring them into one place your team can ask, with the source shown on every answer.
Our background is enterprise AI sales and business development for manufacturers and distributors, including work with Kavida.ai and QAD. We apply that commercial perspective to scoping agents around real sales and operations problems, with clear checks and a practical handover.
How we work
- Discovery with your team. We sit with the people who do the work, watch the day-to-day tasks and write down the rules and exceptions that matter.
- Scope stays honest. One agreed workflow at a time, on information you already have, with the checks written down before anything is built.
- Handover is real. Written notes, a working handover and an agreed plan for upkeep. You own the agent.
- Limits are stated. If a piece of work needs a permanent hire or a different kind of system, we will say so in the first conversation.
The work so far
An internal agent and a website agent have been built and demonstrated for a UK packaging distributor, told in the case studies. Our research draws on many conversations in 2026 with owners and directors of UK distributors and suppliers.
