Sample data demo

Ask a stock or sales question. See the source.

Four questions a supplier’s team already asks, answered from sample exports. Every answer shows the file, the rows and the rule it used. Nothing is sent or stored, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Sample data only You are a sales manager at a supplier. Pick a question your team already asks.

Which accounts are late against their usual interval?

Two accounts are later than usual at the 31 August review. Customer A is 84 days on against a usual 32. Customer C is 21 days on against a usual 7. Customer B is within its interval.

SourceSales history by customer, to 31 August 2026

Rows 118 to 142. Interval is each account's own median gap between orders over the last 12 months, not a blanket cut-off.

RuleTeam rule 14: partial returns

Check for a partial return in the last 30 days before calling. Customer A has a credit note on 12 August for two damaged units; the original order stays in the calculation.

What should we reorder this week?

DEMO-F01 needs a decision: 120 on hand, about 40 a week dispatched, so roughly 3 weeks of cover against a 4-week lead time. PT-48 has about 15 weeks of cover and needs nothing. A person confirms the order.

On-hand and 8-week average dispatch from the stock export, rows 40 to 61. Lead times from the supplier sheet, tab 2.

RuleTeam rule 9: recent receipts

Lines received in the last 14 days are left out of slow-stock and reorder flags, so a fresh delivery is not misread.

Which invoices are overdue?

Customer D has two invoices more than 60 days old, £4,200 in total. Customer E has one invoice at 35 days for £980, which is inside its agreed 45-day terms, so it is not flagged.

Rows 12 and 13 for Customer D (£2,650 and £1,550). Row 27 for Customer E.

RuleTeam rule 3: agreed terms

Overdue is measured against each account's agreed terms, not a single number of days.

Can you update the order in SAP for me?

No. This assistant reads the exports your team runs and writes nothing back to your systems. On a real build a request like this is handed to the person who owns the order.

WhyRead only by design

Your team keeps the decision and the system of record. A live connection is a separate, scoped piece of work.
