What is priced
- Scoping: understanding the workflow, the sources, the rules and the acceptance checks. For a first engagement this is usually part of the setup rather than a separate charge; the quote says so either way.
- Setup: configuring the assistant around your information, building the workflow, checking outputs against your source records with your team, documenting the rules and handing over. Quoted as a fixed piece of work for one agreed workflow.
- Upkeep: optional, £400 to £500 a month for hosting, small tweaks and monitoring. New workflows are quoted as their own piece of work.
How a quote is produced
- A 15-minute intro to agree which workflow comes first and whether the work suits a scoped project at all.
- Discovery led by Mumin with your team: the day-to-day tasks, the business rules and the exceptions, and a look at sample exports or catalogue pages to size the sources and the checks.
- A written quote: what is in, what is out, the acceptance checks, the handover, and any agreed upkeep. You decide from the document, not from a call.
What affects the price
- How many sources the assistant is configured around, and how clean they are.
- How many rules and exclusions your team needs written down and checked.
- Whether any integration beyond exports is wanted, which is scoped separately.
- For a Sales Sidekick, the browser workflow, the sources and the access to be agreed, since it is a bespoke build available to scope rather than a product.
